Made with our organic blackberries. We use the blackberry purée to create encapsulated food spheres, a technique achieved using a natural seaweed-derived substance called “alginate.”
Ingredients: Blackberry purée (75%), sugar, water. Gelling agent: sodium alginate. Stabilizer: calcium chloride. Thickener: xanthan gum. Preservative: potassium sorbate.
