Agroberry Original from Zamora is a young family company specializing in the production of blackberry. Located in a natural environment on the banks of the Esla in the province of Zamora, born by the conviction, which has the third generation of a family of farmers, to change the trend in the area.
The market and the growing concern of people to eat healthy promote this idea. Among the fresh fruits are the famous berries, and there, we position our blackberry.
Agripino’s tenacity, know-how in agriculture, enthusiasm and vitality join the motivation of an inexperienced agriculture that wants to add to the business by contributing what it knows how to do: marketing the product. Everything, seasoned by the good work of Juana.
We want to make the primary sector and the countryside a place where the last detail is taken into account. We care about offering our customers the best that our land offers.
Our farm has 2 hectares where we plant our different varieties of blackberries so that they can arrive from the farm to the homes, directly, in the months of June, July and August.
We are overwhelmed and very happy for all the recognitions we have received since the first year we started. It motivates us and helps us to keep fighting so as not to disappoint our clients.
In April 2019 we went to Brussels as finalists at the European level of the Rural Inspiration Award and after competing with great partners from Finland, Sweden, Holland and Ireland, we managed to get the award.

The year 2018 was a year full of recognitions:
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food awarded our project with the award of Excellence Award for Innovation in Agricultural Activity
The Regional Government recognized us as the Best Rural Entrepreneurial Idea in its First Gala of Rural Entrepreneurial Awards.
And we also had the honor of collecting the Surcos Joven Award from RTVCYL that are of recognized prestige at the regional level within the sector. The so-called “Oscar del Campo”.
In 2017 the Zamora Association of Women Entrepreneurs (AZME) recognized us as Young Businesswoman Award. A pleasure to be recognized in your land.
In its first year of life Agroberry received a national recognition from the Minister of Agriculture: “Young Farmer Innovator 2016″ from Asaja, which gave us courage and strength to continue developing the project.
